I consider this ridiculous: To buy a biz in the UK, Rent, Open a Bank Account and so on, you need a Permenant address and, one you've been there for at least 3yrs, and, you are required to have a Utility Bill as Proof! That would mean basically you need to be the owner. Not everyone owns their accomodation. Ok, if you rent then get doccumentation from the Landlord. The snag is, most landlords won't give it to you as they get rent on the side..... and it goes on in circles. All of this since 9/11!!
