Cottage cheese and banana pudding without flour

Breakfast - is a very important part of the day. You need energy in order to strongly and safely tackle with optimism the new day, and having said that, your breakfast should not be heavy, otherwise you will not want to do anything, and just lie on the couch and digest food ))) . As an example of a breakfast giving energy, but without the extra calories it can be Cottage cheese and banana pudding without flour.

Вам нужна энергия для того, чтобы смело и с оптимизмом шагнуть в новый день, и в то же время завтрак не должен быть тяжелым для желудка, иначе вам не захочется никуда  шагать, а только лечь на диване и переваривать пищу ))). Примером завтрака, дающего энергию, но не лишние калории, может служить Творожно-банановая запеканка без муки.

In order to prepare such a pudding , we'll need ( for 2-3 servings):
200g of cottage cheese, 1 large or 2 small ripe bananas, a tablespoon of honey  (for a sweet tooth you can put one and a half or even two), 2-3 full tablespoons of  semolina, 2 eggs and a tablespoon of butter to grease the form. Optionally, you can add vanilla or cinnamon, I think that cinnamon is more appropriate, as it highlights the taste of banana, for vanilla tends to cover the banana taste. But this is a matter of taste.
So beat 2 eggs to foam in a mixer and add honey, cottage cheese and banana to whisk until smooth and see:  if the cottage cheese is watery, it is better to put 3 tablespoons of semolina  and,  if dry 2. At this stage add the vanilla and cinnamon. Whisk a couple of minutes, until it mixes well.

Preheat the oven 180-200 degrees (depending on the oven). Lubricate your baking form with butter (I have a rectangular glass baking form 22 centimeters long, as for the loaf bread), then it can be sprinkled with semolina (I do not).

We pour out our cottage cheese and the banana dough into the form - it should be similar consistency of the dough for pancakes - and put in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

In my experience, it is ready when the surface has no bubbles, it becomes golden and has a small cracks, a bit like bread.
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes (then it would ready for cutting), then serve.

Serve with natural yogurt (or low-fat sour cream). If you want to give the dish even more banana taste, whip 1 banana with 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt and create your banana sauce ))) .
